Upon completion of your order, we shall reach out to you to schedule a 30 minute zoom consultation. Here you will have an upportunity to share with us your inspiration for the song. Additionally at check out, you may include in the "Add a Note" any special requests and details prior to our consulation.

Cancellations; Refunds.
All amounts paid by you are non-refundable and non-cancellable. However, in the limited event that Sung4U fails to deliver the Song to you in accordance with the requirements of Paragraph 1(c) of the Sung4U Songwriter Services Addendum, and if such failure is not the result of any acts or omissions of you (e.g., your failure to timely reply to Company or provide the Inspiration as required), then you shall have a right to send Sung4U an email notifying the Company of such failure and specifically setting forth your desire for a refund. Upon receipt of such email, Sung 4U will have five (5) business days to deliver the Song to you, and if Company fails to do so, then you will have a right to send an email to Company requesting a refund (provided that you will not be entitled to a refund if the Song is delivered to you prior to receipt of such email requesting a refund).
